At MeiYu Chinese Language Centre, we strive to provide a fair and transparent refund policy. This policy outlines our guidelines regarding refunds, batch changes, and class cancellations.

1. Non-Refundable and Non-Adjustable:

Once the fee is deposited, it is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be adjusted to any other account or course, regardless of the circumstances or reasons.

2. Missed Classes and Batch Change/Refund Requests:

If a student misses a number of classes and subsequently requests a batch change or refund, such requests will not be considered, regardless of the circumstances or reasons.

3. Class Cancellation or Postponement:

In the event that a class is cancelled or postponed by MeiYu Chinese Language Centre before its start date due to unforeseen circumstances, such as not meeting the required minimum number of students (5 for online classes and 8 for offline classes), MeiYu will duly inform the affected students. In such cases, MeiYu will refund the fee within 5-7 working days.
