Overview

This course is designed for students who have completed Part 1 of HSK 3 have excellent command of Pinyin and a speaking and listening vocabulary of 600 words and 500 Chinese characters are prerequisites starting the course. In this course learners will continue to build their language knowledge with more complex grammatical structures and phrases. In class activities include making videos and presentations in Chinese.

This course also includes HSKK beginners level training. HSKK or HSK Speaking Test , assesses the test takers’ oral Chinese abilities.( HSKK consists of three levels, HSKK (Beginner level), HSKK (Intermediate level) and HSKK (Advanced level). It is valid for 2 years and is a major bonus in employability criteria.) After the completion of our HSK level 3 part 1 and HSK level 3 part 2 students will also be able to clear HSKK Beginners level.

  • Course Requirements: HSK level 3 part 1 / Elementary Chinese Reader Book 3 or equivalent Knowledge.
  • Tools Required: You need a laptop, tab, computer (preferred) or smartphone and a good internet connection.

On successful completion of this course, the students should be able to

  • develop a speaking and listening vocabulary of approximately 800 words frequently used phrases (vocabulary)
  • understand a passage of about 300 words with 80% comprehension (listening)talk about hobbies, habits, experiences, travel, etc, in the future, present, and past tenses (speaking)
  • Read an article of about 600 words with 85% comprehension (reading)
  • Understand basic Chinese etiquette and customs related to the course content (culture)
